We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us if you need to initiate a return.

3D printed items are durable, but they should be handled with care. Keep them away from high temperatures and avoid excessive force or bending, as this can cause warping or breaking. For more detailed care instructions, refer to the product’s care guide.

Every order is made on demand since it is 3D printed. We aim to print your items as fast as we can and ship them to you within 3 to 9 business days.
